Mr. Dave is a commerce graduate, Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with around two decades of experience in the field of running industry & managing business, finance, banking, corporate restructuring, accounts and allied commercial transactions management. He is a practicing chartered accountant. Before starting on his own, he acted as a CEO & Company Secretary with Nanavati Group, Mumbai for their chemicals business, he has association of more than fifteen years with them. In the year 2010, he shifted to Ahmedabad and started his own management consultancy and chartered accountancy firm in the name of K. D. Dave & Co. which is engaged into providing professional services in the areas of management & business consultancy and financial advisory. He is also a promoter partner with Dave & Shah, Chartered Accountants, a firm providing conventional and specialized professional services in the areas of internal audit, management audit, tax management & compliances, FEMA advisory etc. besides audit and taxation matters.
